A request, please...grant me 48 hours of not answering questions so that I can get oriented. WorldCon is a huge, complicated beast. We know about the mistakes, but there's also a ton of stuff they've done right. I don't want to throw things out that are working.

What I want is to proceed with focus and care. And that's why I'm asking y'all to give us at least 48 hours to get my team up and running. Also, frankly, to make sure that I have the right team to help this WorldCon. What I'll tell you is this...they listened.
