I've just been asked to do a European tour in May 2019. Me, five musician friends, seven guitars, three amplifiers and a drum kit, in a van (which I drive). I do this tour once or twice a year. If I book it, is there any guarantee that I will be legally able to drive?
Try asking @catherinemep for insights on this. Probably nobody knows. Speaking personally, unless you will be subjected to financial penalties for cancelling, I would go ahead and book it.
