eventually however I was in the queue from 15:35 to been served at the till at 16:05. It was very disorganised
when queues build up like that why are there no staff in the rest of the store that can quickly jump on to queue bust?

well so much time has passed. They just need a walk in period strategy empty tills when it's busy are ridiculous

it was around 15:30 to 15:45 when I started to queue on the 27th August 2016
