@MartinKulldorff What are your thoughts on Flexscan vs elliptical clusters in @SatScan? It's more challenging to prep data for Flexscan.

@MartinKulldorff Any suggestions how to generate the polygon neighbor matrix needed for FlexScan? I haven't found a way in ArcGIS or R.
@PaulLantos With only points, one can create neighbors using Delaunay triangulation.
