@MartinKulldorff What are your thoughts on Flexscan vs elliptical clusters in @SatScan? It's more challenging to prep data for Flexscan.
@PaulLantos All work well. Circular scan has slightly more power for compact; elliptic for elongated; and flex for small ragged clusters.

@MartinKulldorff My approach w circular scans has been to specify small pop size, allow overlaps, and clip borders to underlying polygons.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@MartinKulldorff Any suggestions how to generate the polygon neighbor matrix needed for FlexScan? I haven't found a way in ArcGIS or R. -
