Question: if a vaccinated healthy person (for at least some weeks) comes in touch with real virus later on and fights it off, then wouldn't that broaden the immunity he got from the vaccin? If so, continued use of masks + social distancing for the vaccinated is counterproductive.

I would think this is also true for the recuperated, I was exposed twice, a year after recuperating and my immunity went up. Nobody is talking about this.

Dude, the ancients literally thought disease was caused by evil spirits or the disfavor of the gods. They knew NOTHING about immunology.
