        Are you recommending that 18-30 year olds not become vaccinated, even though they are eligible and the federal government has already purchased a sufficient number of doses (and for the U.S. to send these doses to other countries and make them unavailable to Americans?)

        My thoughts exactly. Why force healthy, low-risk populations into vaccinations they may not want or even need, while countries stricken by poverty, hunger, malnutrition, don't have enough vaccines to vaccinate their most at risk populations. It's distorted. #altruism
