Lockdowners @michaelghead and @SusanMichie slandered fellow scientists, falsely accusing them of being anti-vaccine. Such behavior hurts the vaccine confidence that we have slowly built over many decades. Irresponsible! @DavidPBMaddox in @Daily_Expresspic.twitter.com/vfgJQUbGxk

Irresponsible is a polite way of framing it.

they feel neither ‘independent’ nor ‘sage’ IMO… maybe if you’re on Sage (official) then maybe you shouldn’t be on ‘Independent Sage’ which is really just another lobby group … be called insider trading in other areas 🤷‍♂️

It seems like many "behavioral scientists" saw the pandemic as a means of carrying out a real life experiment. People around the world are seen not as humans with independent agency - but merely test subjects.

Behavioral 'scientists' were talking about using carrots and sticks to control the human population. They don't see us as test subjects, they see us as donkeys.

I would reserve my judgement until the information about who said what is available from a source which is not a fuzzy clipped image from a tabloid. Regardless of how many professor titles the individual who tweeted it has.

It's just so awful how many scientists have been the centre of a smear campaign simply for sharing their POV. It seems debate is no longer acceptable.

Or is it that they’re presented as victims, because there’s no other argument left to defend an unrealistic approach?

There’s no more academic way for prof of @harvardmed and @BrighamWomens to defend GBD advocates than to tweet screenshots of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daily_Express …, is there?
