I knew lock down was coming. It has been the government strategy for years. 15 years ago a friend worked in prep for next flu pan. The model predicted 1000s of child deaths. They were genuinely fearful.

Ofcourse it was coming, some countries didn't forget the methods that were successful at containing SARS.
