What you've said has no bearing on the US which has a glut of vaccines. Just heard about a bunch that were thrown out because not enough people for them. There's no excuse not to get one. Passports should be required for everyone's safety.

This is a very far removed side effect of policy in Europe. When has Western health or economic policies ever consiered butterfly effect welfare of favela residents in developing world. Never, so why now, this is just a deflection really.
