So how do people imagine a vaccine passport will work? Person A: vaccine A efficacy 95% Person B: vaccine B efficacy 60% Person C: vaccine A 1 jab And so on.. Airplane full of people, 25% of them will get and transmit covid19 disease anyway and you don't know who is who.

25% as an example, of course. Point being, it makes no sense to make restrictions or privileges on an individual level, for vaccines that do not guarantee protection against disease, infection or transmission on an individual level.
