so everytime a new variant spreads unnoticed, we are ending up in a new pandemic until we have a vaccine and administered it to everyone? What devastating picture is this in the long run?

But also, mask don't work in a public setting, so it is double wrong.

It’s math: 95% efficacy (in an ideal clinical trial population) x amount of virus in community. But you know this Dr. Kuldorff so I can’t figure out your angle here.

Also, arguing that vaccination should be compulsory equals to say that vaccination doesn't work well (because if it worked100% you couldn't care less if the others are vaccinated)
-
You should care because there are people who can't get vaccinated. Anyone under 16 currently can't, and people with certain cancers/diseases can't get vaccinated. Why are you so quick to throw them under the bus just so you don't have to wear a mask?

Isn't it because vaccinated people are still contagious? That's the point in Italy, at least.
-
Actually, that is the obvious point everywhere since, as far as we know, infectiousness is strongly reduced but not totally elimitated! Until SARSCoV2 circulation is reduced significantly, "statistics" and "experts" suggest to maintan other simple measures when necessary!
