It would be great if you could elaborate on why. Contact tracing obviously has been hugely successful during the South Korea Daegu outbreak, in Taiwan, also here in Australia.
What do you suggest to beat the virus? The figures in U.K. have dropped substantially since the lockdown and apparently this is in no small part due to schools being closed. Children are mostly asymptotic.
