One of the bizarre claims in the John Snow Memo 👇 was speculation that immunity after nat. infection would be less durable than (at the time unproven) vaccination New paper in @ScienceMagazine further undermines this speculation. Don't get me wrong, I thought both petitions had serious deficiencies. One had no plan to 'shield' the vulnerable, and the other offered no plan to 'shield' the vulnerable from the harms of lockdown not to mention science by petition is a farcehttps://www.medpagetoday.com/blogs/vinay-prasad/89177 …

The #GreatBarringtonDeclaration has a plan to shield the vulnerable. It is based on basic long established public health principles. Should not be controversial. As a contrast, experimental lockdowns failed to protect the old.https://gbdeclaration.org/frequently-asked-questions/ …

Many concrete ideas for reopening the economy while limiting the damage the virus is doing and while protecting the vulnerable in my article from 9 months ago:https://kmswinkels.medium.com/covid-19-53-suggestions-for-reopening-the-economy-in-a-responsible-way-f8616bb2cf83 …

Those are all good ideas, and I don't see how anyone could have opposed them. I think folks on the other side might argue they don't go far enough. And you might be able to offer some additional guidance. I wish we were able to see that back and forth.

They should come as no surprise, but if I had to quantify which side has been more unfairly treated in terms of caustic, hurtful, tangential comments, I would say it has been your side.
