Vaccines are great for focused protection if we prioritize older high-risk people and their care takers, like Florida. To minimize deaths, we must also urgently improve protection of the old through standard public health measures listed in the @gbdeclaration & FAQ. 2/8 pic.twitter.com/AXaGdmuBN5

Q for a vaccine specialist? Is it normal to make inferences about effectifiveness in >65 or >75 based on effectiveness in younger? The data in the FDA submissions don’t show statistical significance for older. Could we be “wasting” vaccinations?

"Vaccines are great"? Hmmmm, I think I am going to abandon The Great Barrington Declaration. This does not sound too good for me now.

Vaccinate over 60’s only (voluntary), also the vulnerable. The rest get on with their lives building immunity as usual. This is more or less what the GBD said when published.

There is NO need for any of this. If the govt cared they would have given Vitamin D to the elderly, NOt moved sick people into care homes from hospital and wouldn't have banned Hydroxychloroquine. The govt do NOT care about health!!!!!!!

Agreed we’d be better off if open (and polite) academic debate were the norm.
