Agree an important perspective. I disagree that most GBD critics were focused on funding, but were asking for details of the plan & earnest debate, which was not forthcoming.

Of course not! Lockdowns did not protect the old, leading to unnecessary deaths. We must protect them with both vaccines and the standard public health measures that were never implemented.
