Any word on severity of infection? One of the arguments advanced earlier was that masks reduced viral load and therefore severity of infection - any truth to this you think?

Mask wearing was never presented protecting the wearer but protecting others from asymptomatic wearers, catching small water droplets from infected speaking coughing or breathing....
