GBD leaders like u shud propose concrete plans that will actually abide by the principles u state. Your biggest problem was not the declaration itself but the fact that u let an inept, lying US govt. hijack it & claim that what they r advocating is in line with ur GBD.

"GBD" is more or less the Swedish approach; all things considered, the most rational way to go. But the virus must not be permitted to rip through the young and sturdy, who must maintain usual precautions. Blanket lockdowns are silly, inflict incredible collateral damage.
