Our chancellor in Germany, Mrs.Merkel, just stated today in a press conference Q&A, that it's not possible to just secure risk groups. According to her it's about 40% of our population in Germany. Well, 18% is about 65 and older. Plus illnesses. Can this be a reason for Lockdown?

What is shocking is that there are “scientists” & “leaders” that would argue against this...
@SteveBakerHW@DesmondSwayne@CGreenUK If@BorisJohnson &@NicolaSturgeon were smart they’d be preparing to “reshuffle” their pool of advisors, radically@BBCHughPym@BBCNewsnight if..Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

How can you pretend to think about the long-term picture, if you don't consider the chronic health issues that the virus causes? It's not just death or survival. Before you consider health issues for survivors, any talk about wider public health issues is not serious.

The wider public health impact from stuff like lockdown should definitely be discussed and I'm sure you guys have some good points in that, but the way you approach the discussion is just ruining that debate and undermining serious disease control efforts globally.

Watching the Harvard live with this board right now (the first row in the new Nuremberg, hopefully): they are demonizing focused protection approach and all for increase of general lockdown/contact tracing/distancing/isolation. It is shame that HMS establishment is so dumb.pic.twitter.com/luvz51T0Cb
