It's the lack of informed debate that grinds you down.

What's really frustrating however is by shutting the debate down, we don't get on to talking about alternative solutions and how to enact them. In this regard, many governments are utterly failing and that includes the Trump Administration clearly. So no winners here, I'm afraid.

Martin Kulldorff: at least in Spain people don't get infected in situations where they wear masks: i.e. supermarkets, shops, public transport, but in private reunions and parties, amongst family members and friends. I have read lots of papers about it.

that's pretty much where people get infected regardless of whether they're wearing masks. Home transport is by far the largest no matter what mitigation has been tried

99 percent of the masks that people are wearing are completely ineffective. When they recommended "cloth" masks, you could hear the thunder of every microbiologist on the planet rolling in laughter.
