I almost wish it wasn't published in the Sun since the type of Torontonian who favours lockdowns will unfortunately view that as proof of a "right wing conspiracy."

For every business that goes under or person that has been made redundant as a result of the government's corona restrictions, they should be fully compensated. Businesses should be bought up by the government at the going rate. People made redundant should get 2 years salary.

Imagine how fast restrictions would be lifted if governments were forced to compensate business owners and employees for the damage their policies are causing.
