In Sweden, symptomatic adults and children stay home, without testing. Exposed asymptomatic people do not, and are not asked to. There is no wide-spread contact tracing. Sound and basic public health policy.

Also what % of SE pop no longer susceptible due to infection? How is herd immunity working out? It seems that there is controversy here, and SE more likely to ramp up testing to NO and DK levels than the US under Trump.
