Eh. Bad logic (even if I agree w you that covid isn’t a big risk for kids). 1. 6 months of covid vs 12 months of flu 2. This is w a lockdown for covid. What would the toll have been otherwise? 3. Risk of long term effects of covid vs flu? Most people are more worried about that.
Thanks for commenting Gayle. 1. Flu season is much shorter than 12 months. 2. Sweden never closed day-care or schools for 1.8 million children ages 1-15, with zero COVID19 deaths. 3. 1. Flu season might be shorter than 12 months. But what about “covid season”? Have to compare flu deaths within past 6 months for appropriate comparison. 2 and 3: Okay? I agree on end conclusion (send young kids back to school). But your data didn’t seem fair.
