Yeah, pizza chefs having outside risk makes no sense whatsoever. Faulty data?
The appropriate translation is "pizza bakers and others" (pizzabagare mfl), and it includes people working at hot dog stands and snack bars. Most have direct customer contact, taking the orders, making the food and serving it to customers.
