Is anyone talking about estimated timelines to when herd immunity would be reached in various lockdown/non lockdown models? Really curious about this.

Good question, but impossible to now, as the key epidemic parameters are still unknown. We won't know until a country has fully re-opened without a subsequent increase in cases.
