Impossible to know. R is well below 1 right now. When all restrictions are removed, R will increase, but it will hopefully still be <1, in which case there will not be another wave.

Hard to know what the seasonal effect is, but in some part of the northern hemisphere like Serbia and Texas, the epidemic has surged during summer. In Sweden, R was below one long before summer vacation, which may have pushed it even further down, or not.
