It’s possible that I had the worst side effects of anyone trialing a coronavirus vaccine — and I’m torn about this story. I completely agree that vaccine side effects should not be ignored, but they should also not be overblown.

Thanks for volunteering! The purpose of phase 1 trials is to determine dosage. Please continue to report subsequent events to the investigators, even if you do not think they were due to the vaccine. Very important. We use such information to determine what to monitor later on.
