This is incredibly interesting. If many asymptomatic seronegative people in fact are immune we might be building up herd immunity much faster than anticipated.

Interesting perspective! We are doing a cluster-RCT in Guinea-Bissau, providing 2 cloth masks+advice for all household members in the intervention clusters, just advice in control clusters, following up for overall mortality and morbidity - will hopefully provide some answers.
Interesting and important study! Are you also evaluating/comparing immunity?
