and worse because they are also propagating viral transmission and thus it is far more likely for those of us who believe in science, and socially distance, to now be infected
Encouragement by Trump (which dare I say should be considered treason) is also behind thishttps://twitter.com/arlenparsa/status/1251615918947536896 …

Seems like you do not understand/believe in science. Read this. Advocating for the Swedish approach is based on sound epidemiological principles. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/covid-19-counter-measures-should-age-specific-martin-kulldorff/ …

You are completely overlooking the reality in the US For example, see below from Indiana--approximately 30% of total deaths are those active in society (below 70). They are working parents of kids who go to school That is why schools are closed--not for the kids, but for us!pic.twitter.com/P47EFP23NB

No. As shown in the link, people in their 60s are high risk and must be better protected. Currently, many of them are still going to work, being exposed, overcrowding the hospitals, and dying, while people in their 20s are isolated at home. Please think scientifically.

I let the first one go out of politeness, but do not keep disparaging my "scientific thinking"-it is beneath you And how in the world are we going to isolate 60's and remove them from the workforce, and from any contact with their school-age children, who live in the home?

Few in their 60s live with children. Their work can be done by younger colleagues. And, please do not keep disparaging the scientific thinking of fellow Americans who are advocating the Swedish approach, which is scientifically sound - it is beneath you. Know how it feels now?
