They had the chance when in coalition along with other promises they didn't keep #tuitionfees

How much power did they have in that coalition? They were a minor partner. They tempered CONs pretty well & country hammered them for it.

@nick_clegg was dep PM. @LibDems were never going to have a better chance. #tuitionfees and the rest

I agree tuition fees was a huge fail but it would have been swapped for something else. Maybe the income tax threshold raise?

Coalition #studentdebts will crucify a whole generation and the tax payer will pay it back eventually due to defaults

I agree. It was a sad decision for sure. In truth, no party represents me fully but the dems are the closest I’ve got in Chelt.
