Don’t let teachers undermine the right of your child to not attend religious teaching. If you manage to opt out your child don’t let teachers decide what is, or is not, suitable reading material for your child. They have no right to do this and are undermining your rights

"Norfolk police have been contacted for comment." I hope their comment was "Yeah, some people are arseholes. 'Hurt feelings' is sometimes the price of free speech, and free speech is one of the UK's proudest principles. Now f* off & let us do our job."

It's a terrible indictment of the education system when people leave school indoctrinated with ridiculous supernatural fantasies that cause them so much unnecessary suffering. The government should fund deconversion therapy for these people.

€17,413! So close now to the ambitious target of €20,000 needed to finance the production of "Debutante," exploring a loss-of-faith experience of an Irish teenage Jehovah's Witness. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far! ❤️ 🎬😘😘😘

"On the last census in 2016, nearly a third of Australians (30 per cent) reported they had 'no religion' — the highest number of people ever to do so, and up 11 per cent on 2006."

Schools admission policies must respect the right to opt out of religion classes. New Catholic Church guidelines undermine this right. Atheist Ireland has sent the following letter to the Department of Education about this.

When I hear the word ‘ape’, I don’t immediately think ‘black person’. But thank God that people who do instinctively think ‘black person’ when hearing ‘ape’ are around to remind people like me that we are racist for not thinking it.
