Martha such a great column. There’s another aspect which I’ve discovered to my own benefit. Too many attendees just present data without a narrative or story that makes that data meaningful for decision-makers

Attendees need to be more proactive about meetings: what's the agenda, do I need to be in it, can I leave it now, can my contribution be an email, etc.. Agree LOVE Warren Buffett’s approach - not committing to anything more than 24 hours in advance.
