Also why there’s fewer
#blackhistory related preservation, interpretation, collection, etc. Really wish local historical societies (& K-12) would work this into their educational mission. Like, ‘oh hey, now we know why our town is so white.’ smh - 1 more reply

While the argument makes sense, it also fits a much larger argument, harking to (quixotic, yet real) discoveries from prehistory, that the roots of disparity <=> roots of 'civilisation': energy saving agro tools ->land ownership ->fancy houses...
