        Body cams are for enabling prosecution of police abuse. Prosecution the stick for changing behaviors. No prosecution, abuse unabated.

        I'm not surprised at all - since video cams haven't stopped crime. Didn't expect cops 2b any diff, they've become the criminal they loathe

        As a crim defense/imm attorney in Oregon, i was not able to obtain body cam footage from PDs, due to "privacy concerns" of 3rd parties
