Yes New Hampshire does that to save money so they don't have to build another state hospital on more to the point a secure Ward State of New Hampshire is corrupt and they don't care about no one but money

One cannot feasibly express written "informed" consent when in a state of unverified psychological distress, or when under duress to "move along" and *initial here and here* in a rapidly run hospital. The first stages of that dicey and murky legal swamp begin there.

Many of these issues stem from the Patient Bill of Rights that has a clause that words that patients must express written *informed* consent before signing off on experimental forms of medicinal therapy, many of which have not been regularly approved or tested to their final form
