Odd. I’d have thought a person who finds polite questions from constituents torturous would be against enhanced interrogation techniques. Or that someone who claims to be pro-life would be appalled by torture causing a woman to give birth prematurely.

When Haspel agreed to participate in the destruction of the record of American crimes she forfeited any chance to an appointment to an office with this level of authority. Ms.Haspel is not morally or ethically qualified. Blackburn is "pro-life" but OK with torture.
