It has nothing to do with job creation and the #goptaxscam. Consumer demand means they’re cutting small car production...and 1500 jobs...in Ohio and expanding production in TN.

If you read thru to the 2nd & 3rd paragraphs you’ll notice there were 680 jobs previously lost on this shift. So net gain is 20 jobs in Spring Hill. For a $145 billion company...

-
Then on down in the 7th paragraph: 1,500 jobs in Ohio are being cut (50% if the plant’s workforce).

They’re cutting 1500 jobs in Ohio and adding 700 in TN. Do the math. It’s a net job loss.https://www.detroitnews.com/story/business/autos/general-motors/2018/04/25/gm-spring-hill-third-shift/34239417/ …

"...comes two weeks after GM said it was moving to one shift at its Lordstown Assembly Plant in Ohio, cutting a second shift that could affect up to 1,500 jobs at the 3,000-employee plant and offering buyouts of up to $60,000 to impacted workers. Do you not even read?
