What is stopping the GOP-controlled Congress from releasing the memo? My guess? There is nothing there. The GOP knows that #presidentshithole is going down, and you want to sow as much distraction and confusion as you can about Mueller's investigation before the hammer falls.

Nunes can call a vote. If all the GOP committee members vote yes and the exec branch signs off- it gets released. It would already be released if they weren’t trying to create conspiracy hysteria. Only people who bought birtherism will buy it.
