We are so pleased @realDonaldTrump signed those two executive orders for broadband expansion. This is something I have been working for years on with many county officials, mayors, and community leaders. It's imperative rural areas have internet access.

Can you be so kind as to show me the provision in the Constitution that allows the federal government to spend money on infrastructure, especially non-essential infrastructure like internet access. And rural areas already have internet access. See Hughesnet.
