Banks gave meager raises - something Obama wanted WITHOUT giving massive cuts & R's voted no. Same banks, Goldman estimates will increase their PROFITS BY AT LEAST 14%, Wells Fargo at 18% - with this bill. That's BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS going to shareholders, NOT TRICKLING DOWN.
