We need to ensure that the internet cannot block or throttle users. This comes from light-touch regulations from Congress, not unelected bureaucrats.http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/12/18/exclusive-rep-marsha-blackburn-will-propose-legislation-to-codify-the-rules-of-a-free-and-open-internet/ …

The internet can't block or throttle anyone, obviously. Broadband providers can. This is precisely what net neutrality prevented. You've got to earn that 600k the telecoms gave you though, so keep spreading misinformation. No one elected Ajit Pai, btw.

You know by now that @BreitbartNews is a propaganda machine, yet you still interview with them. You only interview with them and @FoxNews, however you will not hold a single town hall to actually here from your constituents. You are party over people and you do it at all costs.

Who's going to trust an industry shill like @MarshaBlackburn (who has already sold off your online privacy to the ISPs) to write a law that ensures consumer fairness? I sure as hell wouldn't.https://www.thedailybeast.com/this-politician-gave-away-your-data-now-buy-hers …

Watch how industry-funded republicans like #ComcastMarsha all of a sudden come out as for #NetNeutrality and have legislation ready. The bills that she and likely others will propose are written by the industry in order to avoid having more stringent rules in place.

One more thing: Breitbart isn't real news, dear. You would think a woman whose only real qualification is being an "image consultant" pre-politics would know not to outright associate themselves with that alt-right propaganda rag.

Marsha Blackburn's FAKE #NetNeutrality bill exposes the core hypocrisy and hidden agenda of Big Telecom & Friends who routinely claimed net neutrality "is a solution in search of a problem." Now these same people claim a sudden need for a legislative solution to a "non-problem?"

How much money did you pocket from Telecom's? I wouldn't trust you to write a bill to protect me. I don't have the $300k to spend. #VoteBredesen. #FactsMatter

Repealing net neutrality is literally the opposite of what the American people want and literally the opposite of ensuring that the internet isn’t throttled for users

Guarantee legislation like hers will permanently codify anti-consumer practices like data caps and zero-rating services (circumventions of traditional traffic throttling) in order to allow ISPs to choke the market with their own subpar services. Just say no to #ComcastMarsha

Unless your bill has bipartisan support, your bill is very suspect. The vast majority of Americans are in favor of the "Obama Era" FCC rules. Those regulations where "light" while protecting consumers from corporate interest without losing innovation. #NetNeutrality
