These regulations hurt broadband expansion (which is your ability to get a provider), and network investment (which helps companies innovate so you can have faster internet). We need to permanently enact rules that prevent throttling and blocking- but that's Congress' job.

That’s funny, I specifically remember you writing legislation with HR1106, to block broadband expansion into Middle TN from EPB. You sold your own constituency out for telecom money and blocked broadband expansion in the process. https://www.congress.gov/114/bills/hr1106/BILLS-114hr1106ih.pdf … @WKRN

Not allowing utility cos, like EPB, offer fast broadband at a lower price hurt Tennesseans. TN politicians like you who are bought by telecom industry like Verizon & ATT hurt TN. You even voted to let telecom charge rural TN as much as they want. $600K from your telecom patrons?

No they don't. Net Neutrality gave EVERY citizen the right to a FREE & OPEN internet. You sold that to your donors. You should just resign now, save yourself the heartache of defeat.

25% of your constituents don’t have broadband access because you are more loyal to ISPs than to us. And don’t speak down to us- Williamson County is the 12th most educated in the country yet you deny science and legislate on issues you don’t understand.
