I have serious concerns with provisions buried in the 5,593 page bill, such as expanded visas, Pell grants for prisoners, and households with illegal aliens receiving economic impact payments. For these reasons, I voted no on passage of this legislation. (4/4)

My Senator, you voted “no” over these budget crumbs? Pell grants? Really? It looks like you agreed with 99.99% of the bill, yet still voted no. Please explain how the stimulus will make recovery harder? We have to get past this to recover. Merry Xmas with your grandchildren.
