Are Republicans as stupid as you seem or is it all just chaff to distract people from truth? Alarming that it has to be explained to senators, but it's not illegal to strategically withhold foreign aid to promote US policy. It is, however, illegal to do so to promote your own.

Stop reading a book and listen. You will find out that the president cannot withhold aid in violation of law for corrupt purposes. When pres withhold aid they don't lie about it and get their priv atty to strong arm a govt.
