Tennesseans shouldn’t be penalized for living in rural communities and deserve to be on the grid.

Going to need it due to all the tariffs on the Chinese Hardware that makes up our rural internet infrastructure. Would have been a lot easier to do if there wasn't some law requiring communities to find a business to run their utilities instead of just doing it themselves.
