For the past several years, American forces have fought alongside our Kurdish allies in Syria to provide safety and security to the region. As the Syrian people seek stability post-conflict, we ought not to give ISIS any room to regain territory.

Are you sure the great and unmatched wisdom of Oz wasn’t just joking again when he said our troops would stand aside so Erdogan can wipe out our Kurdish allies? If I remember correctly, a lot of the Kurds living in that region are Christians targeted by genocide before.
