Today, @Interior announced improvements to regulations of the Endangered Species Act. This initiative echoes the Paving the Way for Rural America Act, which I introduced with @sendavidperdue and @senhydesmith, to remove outdated, burdensome regulatory hurdles from rural areas.
Our legislation will increase access to better economic opportunities and infrastructure projects. Tennessee’s rural communities are the heart of our state’s agriculture businesses. We should not have laws in place that hinder, rather than help, economic development.
Pollute the streams and air is what it means. Republicans anti-Environmental policies are ruining our country.
This is a must. I'm sick of seeing so many unfinished projects around Tennessee due to a fragile snail species or something ridiculous like that. Call me cold hearted, Tennessee has big potential growth. People shouldn't have to suffer at the hands of insane regulation.

Please work on bringing high speed internet to our areas. One mile off of interstate 75 at Sweetwater should not be considered too rural to serve.
