I can't seem to shake American belief that the people who do the actual work (not you) should have a say in their actual work,some guarantee of a decent wage and health care and an honest retirement& some protections against getting blown up in a coal mine or fertilizer plant.
I guess having a 40 hour work week, vacation, pension, safe working environment are bad? That's what unions got for workers.
