As we look to expand broadband, we need to ensure the technology we are using is secure. We should be mindful that winning the race to 5G requires a whole of government approach and collaboration with the private sector.

By “secure” you must mean so that consumers cannot know when ISPs sell their data, thanks to legislation that you sponsored.
