A recycled, stupid idea from Marsha. States budget annually. This would reduce transparency, would force budgeting too far in advance, innumerable problems with this lazy proposal. Hope it again goes nowhere, as it should.

TN barely pays in any tax dollars to the federal government anyway. States that pay in the most are those "Illegal immigrant havens" you won't stop complaining about. Ironic huh?
